Nice ‘N Easy, specialists in home hair dye, approached us to design and execute their stand at ITV This Morning Live, their objectives were; to increase brand awareness of the new and improved Nice’n Easy damage protect formula, amongst their target audience and to empower and liberate women, and to give them the confidence to colour their hair at home.
We activated at ITV This Morning Live Show, an audience demographic that fits perfectly with the Nice ‘N Easy target audience, with a guaranteed 30k footfall. Professional colour experts provided consumers a one to one colour match consultation, designing a personal hair care regime, answering any questions around home colouring, finishing with a colour match.An experiential concept was produced with a the message of ‘confidence is beautiful’ that was carried throughout the activation, an idea that was brought to life through the combination of interactive and educational experiences for customers. This included a flower wall GIF booth activation and confidence pledge mirror, where guests could spread their own message around confidence and self love. Through educating consumers on the new formula, we were able to break down any barriers around home colouring amongst the target audience.
Over the four-day activation, we interacted with over 15k consumers and hit the sales targets by more than 20%. Over 1k customers data was captured and photos were shared to Instagram over 2k times.
