I repedatly press home button, in which the game opens and close (switch between apps). Eventually the game loaded. Hope it works for you 2.

Reviving this thread to say that to activate the climb, you can just keep jump pressed while at a wall and the enforcer will start to climb it. While the teleport to start climb does work, this way doesn't use up a teleport.
