WebCraftsman are the best out of that group. Husky is pretty solid, but have a cheaper feel to them. They are a little sloppier etc. Kobalt tools feel really nice and are decent, but I have had a real issue with them being brittle. The Screw drivers tips break off, sockets shatter etc.

Otherwise, Tekton is primarily Taiwan made, Husky does a lot in China, Sunex, Carlyle and GearWrench are primarily Taiwan and all great options.
