WebJan 21, 2016 · Tech support. I had a major problem as my scanner was not working. Charlie from Tech Support reviewed by system and we discovered my software was out of date. Charlie got the software restarted by getting a new software for the scanner and testing and now it works like it did before. I really appreciate what he did which was professionally done.
