WebAll members receive their own personal member identification (ID) card. Our New York City GHI PPO members are issued two ID cards, one from EmblemHealth and one from Empire BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS). Physical cards are mailed to members and are available virtually from the Member Management Eligibility look-up results in the provider portal. WebCards come in sets of two. The employee who is subscribed to the insurance plan can order cards for any family member also covered in that plan. Employees may also call Customer Service to request a replacement card. It usually takes about two weeks to receive replacement cards.
